I had a great experience working with Home Overhaul and would absolutely recommend them. Robert was quick and professional when providing my estimate. The estimate was realistic and accounted for all the miscellaneous work I wanted completed in addition to the bathroom remodel. Working in a condo can be complicated, and they were able to accommodate all of my building's requirements which included quiet hours, designated exits, and other restrictions. Communication throughout the project was excellent. I always knew how things were progressing and when to expect the team. They showed up when they said they would and sent me a text when they were on the way. Most importantly, the bathroom looks great and I'm very pleased with the end result. They came back to take care of a few minor touchups and made sure I was completely happy with everything before considering the job finished. There are always going to be a few bumps during a remodeling project, but what matters to me is how they're handled. Very good communication about the process of the shower installation. Polite and courteous in all communication. Cleaned all areas affected by remodel. Highly recommend their services. Their work is high quality, they’re professional and easy to work with, and they always take care of any final touch-ups to make sure everything is done right. Met Rob and Ryan at the Summit County Home show in 2025 as my wife and I wanted to do a master bath remodel. We went through several different contractors about our project and Home Overhaul was the only one who came away with a vision we shared. At our initial meeting Rob was innovative, professional, and walked us through the entire project of what to expect. Ryan who did majority of the labor/construction did an amazing job. His craftsmanship was amazing and we were very pleased with his work. Ryan also represented Home Overhaul extremely well…very courteous, professional, communicative and always cleaned up after himself everyday respecting our home as if it was his own. Due to some vendor delays, our project took longer than anticipated, however Robert was communicative the entire way and worked to expedite and rectify any delays the best he could. End results, the delays were well worth it and we are happy with the end product. These guys do more than just bathroom remodels, so any home projects or remodeling needs you have I would recommend giving this guys a shot to earn your business. This company did an excellent job on my counter tops. Robert was great! He was very punctual by corresponding with me to keep me updated on what I needed to know. Will surely hire this company for more home renovations when needed!
